Patented EZ Carb Design
Our patented design provides long-term and cost-effective odor removal via absorption onto a bed of activated carbon. The filter is easy to operate and manipulate.
Filter Components and Models
Our EZ Carb filters consist of a bed of activated carbon and air distributor, housed in a DOT-approved drum. The air inlet and outlet are located on top of the drum, allowing for easy handling and transportation.
EZ Carb active filters are equipped with an explosion-proof 1/3 hp blower (200 cfm design flow) which is either mounted on top of the steel drum or detached (connected to the drum by a hose). They are available in two sizes: 30- or 55- gallon drums. The EZ-005A (55-gallon filter with attached blower) weighs approximately 270 lbs.
EZ Carb passive filters are housed in plastic drums (15 gallons) or steel drums (55 gallons). We also design and install custom-made filtration systems to suit specific client applications.
Carbon Cartridge Replacement
We propose a cartridge replacement service to eliminate handling of contaminated carbon on your site. The spent carbon is recycled and reused.
We support new as well as existing filters used by gas utility companies.
